The The BIIAB Level 2 Award in Introductory Licensed Retail Operations is Part 2 of The National Certificte in Licensed Retailing,and for those who already hold The BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders-which is Part 1 of the NCLR- will also be awarded the Full Professional Qualification on successful completion of the ILRO.
We are currently offering this Qualification on a Day Release basis over 5 consecutive weeks,with additional subject areas to include Cellar Management,Business and Personal Development.Other subject areas within the syllabus have also been enhanced so as to prepare the candidate for progression towards the Level 3 Advanced Qualifications in Licensed Hospitality should they wish to do so.
The Day- Release approach allows the candidate to maximise the Learning Experience and gives them time to apply the principles learned in their own workplace in their own time.
Yes, you will find this Course being offered over a 3 Day period,but we believe that all the candidate really gets out of it is a large bundle of notes,a certificate and a sore head.Also, as the BIIAB Level 2 Award in Introductory Licensed Retail Operations is being run on a' modular basis'you or your candidates can join the Course at any time-or indeed take the Exam at a later date if you need more time; or if personal circumstances or work committments mean rescheduling your course, then we will do our best to assist you at no additional cost.
